Moonlights ..on-off times?
Because of earlier thread, I went searching in boxes here and found some old moonlighting I had. I installed them 2 nights ago but just plu them in when I wanyt them on..
I have an AC jr controller, but do not use (DC8) it for MH lighting because I am afraid it would no handle power draw of my 400's. I can use it to control moonlights ! I believe its best to start them just before my MH's go out -- 8pm. So 8pm to ? What times would you suggest??? |

i'd turn off the moonlights around 3am or so, i always thought it was good to have the tank completely dark just for a little bit. but really depends on how bright the moonlights are. if they are pretty dim, you could leave them on all night. but if you got them running on 12V you'll probably want to turn them off half the night.
