scott the painter

everyone that has been in this hobby for awhile here in richmond will know scott the painter, i have known him for years because of my working at fish world for so long.
but the funny thing is, i never knew his last name because i always knew him as scott the painter. he was a fixture in the reef scene for years and did quite a bit of stand and canopy painting for joe.

scott passed away from a brain aneurysm last week.
he will be missed, he was a good guy and he loved his tanks. i still have a hippo tang i bought from him a couple of years ago, he could have sold it to anyone for more money than he sold it to me for, but he knew that i would take very good care of him and he always asked about him whenever i saw him at fishworld.

rest in peace my friend........

Danny,

Thank you for that. I did not know his last name. I did know “Scott, the painter.” I also bought, and still have, a few corals from him.
