Hey, Matt, Dave from east TN. Was thinking about you after seeing how much that blue-tipped pink mille has grown and thought I'd check y'all forum.

I also still have that blue acro that just keeps encrusting and finally shot a few short branches out after (what's it been now?) 3 years.

did the exact same thing for me. then once it started growing it took off like a shot.

From you initial post, it sounds like your tank crashed earlier. Tell me it isn't so!

yeah, it got funky for some reason. dunno if it was from some bad mag-flake that i started up right around then, or from a sandbed crash (lots of black/stinky/nasty in the sand) that did it but it got unhappy really quick a while back. i was able to take most of the corals to a friend's tank before they died so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

If you've lost anything and need a replacement or some help getting back on-line, I'd gladly ship you some free frags.

thanks, but i'm downsizing to a smaller tank so it's gonna be pretty packed with just what i have easy access to already. and if i did take you up on it, you can bet i'd be up for the drive rather than shipping. no way i'd miss out on seeing the tank.
