yeah 256 is bare minimum, id maybe pay 20 dollars for 256 compared to 100 for 3mb, static, 5ips.. BUT if its all their is.. its all there is....and 256k is way better then 56k =)

have you heard what verizon is going to be doing.

A 2mbps to 5mbps Fios connection will cost $35 a month if purchased along with Verizon's local and long-distance telephone service. The service will cost $40 if purchased alone. A connection of up to 15mbps is available for $45 a month if purchased as part of the same telephone service bundle, or $50 alone. The company did not reveal pricing for the 30mbps plans.

sign me up for the 50 dollar plan

And for Comcast users I heard on the news this morning rates will be increasing by 6% next year. We need some competition out here.

finding nemo, Comcast is a Cable company. They offer broadband internet. Check with your local cable company to see if they offer broadband.

theirs always Satellite but it cost 4 times more and its 4 times slower than Cable
