I'm only 18 and I remember about half of this stuff too. That should make some of you guys feel younger. I guess the South really is slower.

31 here, and I do remember almost all of them...

Where I grew up was rural, my sister left her keys in her car until she moved out 4 years ago, and up until that time the only time that we locked the door was when were on vacation, otherwise it was open 24 / 7.

Sis even had her car broken into (well, they just opened the door really), took the stereo out of the dash, left it on the seat, just stole the change, and never noticed the keys in the ignition...

What memories this brought back, how about taking your bike with the basket on the handlebars down the alleys and finding the glass POP bottles to turn in for 2cents each for candy.
Going ice skatting all day long at the rink (ourside)and going inside where they had a fire going to get warm.
Going to the destruction derby to see uncle sam get slammed, lol
going to the movies all by myself, walking miles to get there and miles to get home.
Playing at the schoolyard and seeing if you can get your head thru the bike lock up bars, ( did and I could) lol, what memories
