Trach Brain Going

I got a trach brain about a month and a half. It did ok for the first couple weeks buts its been receding ever since. It had a couple spots where it got nipped when I got it, one side never really sent out any feeding tentacles and I gave up on it. Now the side that had looked ok, has receded noticeably the last week. I'm wondering if theres anything I can do. All the specific parameters are 0 and the rest are spot on.
