Just a little reminder...

...that we do have an irc chat room! We are located in #reefcentral on the AfterX network. If you need help getting there you can use the Reef Central Chat page with instructions for Windows, Mac or Linux users. Or you can simply use the RC java client found on that same page.

If you're experienced with IRC then you can simply connect to one of the following servers (closest to you depending on your geographic location) and join the room.

irc.afterx.net
eu.afterx.net
us.afterx.net

Note that while you might see 20 some-odd nicks sitting in the room, not everyone is sitting at their keyboard anxiously waiting to pounce! If you have a question, say hello and simply ask. Chances are when someone returns to their keyboard, they will see your query and respond.

Also note that the same rules found here on the forums also apply in the chat room. Try to keep the topic of conversation "family friendly", no personal attacks, profanity, nor commercial posts.

Have patience and (most of all) have fun with it! Hope to see you there.

Really? That's odd as I'm sitting there right now with 18 other people.

Edit: I think I know what's happening. When you click on the link, it opens mIRC (assuming you have it) or perhaps whatever other IRC program you have installed, and connects to the chat network. You then have to type "/join #reefcentral" (without the quotes) to gain access to the channel.
