Possibly add the puffer and trigger at the time. I like to add 2 fish at a time because it confuses their dominance order so much. It is less stressful for both the new fish and the previous residents IME

I would add the eel last. It is unlikely anyone would pick on an eel, and less likely the eel would eat its tankmates (depending on the size at purchase of your fish and taking into account individual growth rates) if they were established before the eel is added.

Add the foxface first. They can be quite shy when new.

I would introduce them in the order that you can acquire quality, disease free specimins. I don't think that it will matter enough to worry about.

yea...well my lfs has all of them, and they all look beautiful. Everytime i go in they are just begging me to take them.
