How Many Clams In A 20 Gallon??

how many clams can i fit in my 20 gallon? i'm only interested in croceas, deresea, and maximas. i no dereseas will get big, but i can definetly trade.

I would say you can put in as many as you can fit assuming they are not over laping each other.And with that many if you dont have many fish you will need to feed every so often

I got the same answer from Barry at clamsdirect -- he said he has a 40 G with something like 14 clams in it.

I don't think it matters if they are overlapping. My Crocea and Derasa touch and they don't care. My Derasa always tries to attach to the Crocea though; it's annoying *sigh*. In the wild they can be found in big groups.
