100 gal. prop tank

i was thinking of making a frag tank out of a 100 gal stock tank with a 50 gal sump. would a 250 hqi reef star be enough to light this? i am only going to have the frags right in the center they will be sps. and maybe some softies on the outer edges where there is not so much light.

thanks for the help

that should befine. i use a 250 watter over each of my 50 gal tubs. its basically the same footprint. you can put sps almost all the way to the edges if you keep thefrags close to the surface.
