"Pulsing" leather?

I think I've run across a piece of "Pulsing" leather, but I'm not sure. It's shaped much like a normal sinularia, but the polyps are smaller and less feathery... and while the coral doesn't pulse regularly like Xenia, they're definitely much more active than on any of my leathers.... does anyone have pics of the true pulsing leather coral that they can share?

No pic, but I've seen what I think (it was a while ago) was a devils hand that was quite active, and looked pulsing-not as active as xenia, like you said, but still more active than most leathers.

I believe it is a Sinularia, but beyond that, your guess is as good as mine.

As far as I can tell from the blurry video, that's the same coral... it'll mostly-close in an instant when something irritates it, and completely open again within 1-2 seconds. When it's not being bothered, if I watch very closely (the polyps are small), I can see individual polyps opening/closing constantly.

Maybe it is a sinularia or something, but it's not the usual variety, definitely more interesting.

Yep, I get the exact same thing. Couldn't see them in the video I posted because I had to keep the file size down.
