SPS frag ?

If I were to break or cut a frag thats already encrusted to a rock at the bottom, would the encrusted part regrow into a frag? I have some frags on some ugly cut rocks, and want to move them to a regular piece of LR.

Yes, they usually will if they were growing initially.
