Plate coral for sale, pic included

Outgrew my nano and I really don't want to frag it,

Had to move it to a 5.5 under inferior loghting so it lost some of the purple from the pic. It's about 6 inches across. It's captive propagated by Russ in Orlando and was lime green with the purple rim when I got it at 2" across a couple of years ago. $25 picked up and I'll throw in the bucket to haul it. Or would be interested in swapping for ???? (No SPS or fast growing soft corals, don't have light for the former or space for the latter )

That can be done ........

You realize we'll be moving the tanks back on to new carpet so this time we have to be neat and not spill anything ?

Got some vinyl tubing that fits the powerhead outlet so we don't have to siphon water back into the tanks this time .

Done deal, Thanks Corey

And Scott for future reference I paid him 26 cents , not 25 cents, to haul away my chaeto. That's the going rate ............. I got it free from you Threw in the fungia as a gratuity.

Agu,
this thing is even a monster on the sand bed of my 120. I am going to try to frag it this week. I will take a dremel with a diamond blade to the back of it, then snip the front of it like they describe in the RK article..

And your tank is only 12X as big as mine How about before and after pics ?

I would have fragged it based on that article but just didn't have room for the frags. I suspect it will put additional bioload on your system and recommend you run some carbon. If the fragging attempt appears to be a failure leave the skeleton pieces in your tank. "Dead" fungia have been known to bud off babies long after the coral appears dead.

Good Luck and assuming you're successful I'm in line for a frag .............

I have to warn you guys, once I frag them, and let them heal they will become limited editions, and I will give them some awesome names, so the frags wont be cheap.
