Will yuma sting montipora?

I have some yumas that are spreading all over my tank. Recently I bought my first frag of Montipora. Would the Yuma sting it? It was doing fine until one of the yumas started touching it. Now it looks as if it is loosing color.

Should I start trimming these yumas back? There are about 24 of them blanketing one of my rocks that have spread off of the main colony.

YEs, IME, yumas will take out monteporas. Separate them, and they should be fine - seems they need to be in contact to do their dirty work.

FWIW,
Kevin

Thanks. Yes there is a yuma right next to the monti. When fully opened the side of the ric touches the side of the monti. Today he goes to the frag tank along with many others. I hope it is not too late for my monti.
