Nikon D200. For tank shots, I use my Nikon 18-200 VR lens with Hoya +1 / +2 and +4 diopter rings (an inexpensive way to achieve closeups with good lenses without having to buy separate macro lenses).

Nikon D80 w/90mm Tamron Macro, and 150mm sigma macro for my aquatic photography. Love that 40D though, but will likely go for the d300 next.
