Looking at a few Camera's

I am looking to purchase a enw camera here are a few I am thinking about
http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare_post.asp
I am trying to stay as cheap as possible and still take a good macro, but have a camera that can do a full tank shot as well. Any help would be great.

Link doesn't work for me. Looks like you can't link from the comparison page.

Why not just tell us the cameras/model #'s instead?

Ok will do, I thought it would work. Here they are.
1. Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z10
2. Minolta DiMAGE Z1
3. Fujifilm FinePix S5000 Z

So far I like the first one the most, but I want some input as to what you guys think.

IF you are going to do any action shots, I would go with the Fuji, it has 5fps which is very fast. The others are only 1.5fps, which is very slow.

If it were me buying, I would have to say the Fuji would be my choice. I really have no idea how they preform for tank shots though

I don't plan to do hardly any action shots. I am looking for a camera that can take some good macros, and tanks shots, but also I can still take it on vaction and snap pics of the Bellagio. Also I want to stay around $200, and I would like to have a manual focus.

I would also consider the Kodak DX7590. It is a 5MP camera with a 10X optical zoom, 16 preset modes and fully manual settings. as you get more advanced you will really appreciate this feature. It also shoots 3fps and has a burst mode where you can shoot 5 or 30 pics in a row just by holding down the shutter button.. Oh yeah it also takes video.

I am looking to stay around $200, $400 is more than double what I want to spend. To bad as it looks like a nice camera.

Its going to be very difficult to achieve the things you want to do with such an inexpensive camera. Good macro shots need a real good lense and the ability to shoot in manual mode because a flsh wont work very well when you are shooting so close to your subject.Buying a $200.00 camera that doesnt perfom the way you want it to is more of a waste of money than laying out an initial investment for a good camera. I hope this helps......Robert
