The Ga aquarium is nice. I'd recommend allowing a full day if you're going on a weekend due to the crowds. Otherwise, a half day is probably enough.

They have a behind the scenes tour that costs extra. I didn't do it but I have some friends who did and it's something I'd like to do in the future.

This is their reef tank:

And here's their ocean tank:

I had to give a shout hello to everyone! I am here in Fuquay Varina NC. I am working - very slowly - on setting up a 180. We moved it inside last week and painted the back tonight! It looks beautiful. Hopefully we will have it running in the next few weeks. Great to meet you guys!

oh yeah, HPI is still one of the larger companies. they have discontinued the Super Nitro however. not a big demand for those cars.

^ If you guys carry any smaller RCs (1/36-1/18th) shoot me a link to your ebay store as well. I race mostly miniZs, but also have an MRS4 and MicroT. Im hoping to get an MLST2 for christmas, but havent ventured up into 1/10th scale and above cars/trucks.

Hey guys, another Wilmington reefer here. No tank at the moment, get my fix at the aquarium in Fort Fisher for now. Anyway, just saying hey and wanted to also give a plug for a friend selling a halide setup in the for sale forum. Hoping to get back into the hobby side of things in the near future, or maybe come to a frag swap just for fun and meet/greet in the mean time.

Hey fellow Carolinians. Anyone have recomendations for a good wood worker? I purchased a used 120, stand and canopy this summer and the stand and canopy could use some woodworking TLC. I'm willing to travel to someone that can give me professional results. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I plan on being there and bringing a bunch of differant zoo's all sorts of colors. I'll also have alot of brown colts and 2 nice frags of green kenya's .
I've got some pink anthialia I'll also be bringing and oh yeah I'll probably be bringing a good used wife if anyone has something to trade , a small frag or something and if not I'll most likly leave her on the up for grabs table. I'll be bringing a few real small frogspawn frags , they are the perfect size for nano reefs. About 1" tall and about 2" dia. I also have some star polypes brown with white centers and the other is the metalic color. I think thats about it for me , look forward to being there and seeing everyone. Dave E

I will be bringing some frags also.

There are several others bringing frags. Check out www.carolinafishtalk.com

Think that's the right link.
