im going to say allardi based on the midstripe being so thick, compared to a chrysopterus which generally have a thin midstripe.
the head bar, which generally is thick in allardi and tapers toward the bottom isnt so much a giveaway, as my female chrysopterus has a frontal bar that looks very similar. however, what clues lead to it being a juvenile?

Without a doubt allardi. The little bit of yellow bleeding into the caudal stripe from the anal fin is a common characteristic.
It is juvenile because in the adult coloration, the caudal (tail) fin will be completely white.

Also the midbody stripe will extend into the dorsal fin in juvs.
