I don't think anyone is gonna give you one, you're gonna have to buy one like the rest of us.

If I ever start a 10G, I'll use a quad bulb for sure. They seem to be perfect for 10's. Then I'd probably mod an aquaclear into a fuge. Use about 15lbs. of choice LR, and some LS. Maybe a small PH. BAM, instant 10G reef.

Mikeeal--

I just started a 10g nano (down from my 29g). For the fuge you just remove the filter cartridge and fill it with Chaetomorpha or the like and light it? And the quad lights--are you talking about the PC's?

Thanks

in that case...

i would go with a 96W powerquad, AC converted to a fuge, a couple more PH's (something small, tunze mini's or microjets), LR, & sand.

Here's a good link to mod an AC into a fuge:

And here's the lighting I'm talking about:

or if you're not DIY inclined:

The AC70 is incredibly easy to mod to a fuge.
Here's what I have on my 10 gallon:

70W 14K HQI MH
CPR 3.6 Gallon Aquafuge (26W PC over it)
Seio 620

Running the tank bb, with about 10 - 12 lbs LR in the tank and 8-10 lbs in the fuge.

I love this set up, but I would have gone with the 150W bulb in retrospect. So that's what I suggest, however this isn't too much of a budget tank (about $310 for the 150W and the PCs on ebay, and $100 for the Aquafuge).

I use a screw-in PC bulb from Wally World. Lights of America is the brand, and it's a 6500K. Cost about four dollars.
