FS: AquaController Pro

Relisting this item. Feel free to PM with questions.

I bought this from another RC member probably 4 months ago and never used it. He claimed it was only in use for a very short time and based on its condition I believe him.

It is the AquaController Pro by Neptune Systems. It is the backlit model. It comes with a standard temp probe, standard ORP probe, and both a standard and new lab grade PH probe(I bought the Lab grade PH probe to replace the standard one). I will also include (4) CM466 x-10 devices to control various equipment. Everything is in "like new" condition.

I will ship in original packaging to your door for $375. I'm taking a $75 dollar loss and have not even used it. Feel free to PM with questions.

GinaSofia-
I had a concern with him also....he returned my money and all ended well.
He apparently relisted the item - hoping all will end well for you as well.

Jerome..

Kindly provide me with the tracking# that should be on the bottom of the receipt your wife received when she "insured it for $500 last Thursday"

Just so you know,I do have ALL of your information as Dennis was kind enough to share it with me AFTER you tried to screw him.

Now,let's not make this ugly, give me a tracking #,the controller,or my money back.

Gina

I hate dead beat seller. No PM , No e-mail after you sent them your payment. I even hate the one that suppose to send you the missing parts and you never heard back from them.

Goo luck.

Thanks everyone for the support.I really don't want this thread to get closed before Jerome has a chance to come in here and rectify things.

If he doesn't then this will be his second attempt at fraud and he'll be in quite a bit of a mess..hopefully,this is not the case.I will start a seperate thread in the buyer/seller forum in a couple days and start legal action tomorrow.

Dennis,pull your boots on

He emailed me yesterday "just to confirm I had received it in safe condition"I replied that no, I had not and would be pursuing legal action.
Probably the last I'll hear from him until he's asking me to get the law off his back.

Nothing like a little wire/mail fraud to get you dragged out of your house in front of your family & neighbors at 6am!

Good luck Gina- I had the same BS happen on ebay-by the end the person was literally begging me to call the charges off. I hope the embarrassment & loss of freedom is worth less than one paycheck...

If you need any help/tips just let me know =)

Thanks Charles/Jen..

It does suck that people feel like they have to resort to theft but I'd rather be in my position than in his.Dennis is going to help me straighten this out since he's got some great connections.

Maybe you can help him out with some advice though?

Mike, I did get your PM but unfortunately there's no way to freeze the $$$ as it came directly from my Paypal account.I really do wish I had used my Amex on this one.Oh well.

Thanks again for everyone's encouragement.

I still think/know that reefers are just the best group of people..too bad for bad apples.I'll keep you all posted either on this thread or the other one (thanks, smiller for editing my thread title--I wasn't feeling too kind at that moment

WHOA!! WHOA! WHOA!! I am totally sorry. I have had no idea this has been going on. I'm rarely on these boards and just assumed that it has already arrived. Gina I have sent you a PM and absolutely will not rip you off. I will happily send your money back. Please contact me through PM and we will get it figured. Again I am so sorry but I definitely will fix the situation.

Jerome,

I got your 5 or so PM's that you sent last night.I'm really not interested in dragging this out anymore. In all of your PM's you say you will return my money, just do it!

You never supplied me with a tracking # so I have no reason to believe you ever even sent it out.Where's my tracking #,you said you insured it so where's the tracking #???Until my money is Paypaled directly back to me-(which only takes a second and YES you can do it today )-I will continue to pursue criminal charges against you.

It seems that at the very least you are using RC members for temporary loans and when the crap hits the fan THEN you promise to refund the money.I don't have time for games, fork out or face the music.
