Last week started with one child spread to my wife, then the other child, I thought I got away without then this past weekend I got it.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and don't drink too much water because it will dilute your electrolyte even more. Much better, Gatorade or Powerade IMO. I am NO doctor but aching kidneys is not good.

quote from Google search:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that in the United States alone, food poisoning causes about 76 million illnesses, 325,000 hospitalizations, and up to 5,000 deaths each year.

Feel better. The Flu can make you think you're dying at points. Plenty of fluids.

Gotta love the holidays for the spread of obnoxious illnesses! That sounds like the one that ripped through my family about 15 years ago...I thought I was gonna get away without getting it, but at 4am...hello! Couldn't leave the bathroom for four hours...

All I can say is "AirBorne"...don't know if it helps for a bug like that, cause you have to be able to keep it down, but it's awesome for boosting your immune system. I fought off that wicked cold that's going around with it twice this season!

strong true table corals are difficult to come by- that A. glauca is a keeper!
Send me the mini carpets!

Hey- it's 7:30PM on January 8th in upstate NY and it's so warm outside that we have the windows open!
