Brianna,
My colony is about 5 years old, been fragged a couple of times. It started out if I remember correctly with about 5 or 6 heads. It's now half the size of a volleyball! I plan to move it lower in my tank since it's grown within a couple inches of the surface of the water, just to lazy to rearrange things. |

Hey,
How do you guys take such wonderful pictures. My camera doesnt seem to focus on the corals but more on the glass. Do you need a manual camera. Whats the deal? Do you know of any articles I can read concerning this subject. zenzence

zenzence, I don't know how they get such great shots, but there's a photography forum here on reef central & I'll bet you'll get a ton of helpful info there. I'm going to do my research there someday...Hey, how 'bout you do the reading & sum it up for me 'cuz I'm so lazy

This one I picked up for $1 as a dying single head of blasto merletti...well it turned out that it wasn't blasto at all...when I first got it all you could see was a spec of green in the center and nothing else but skeleton. The SPS in the forground is a Mike Paletta Baby blue tip stag...
And here is a top view of my monster white candy cane...I cut it down to about 1/3 of what it is now about 6 months ago, this thing grows sooo fast...
