Blind fish?

I just received a fish that had been in transit for two days and I think he is blind. He runs into rocks, glass, and even anemones. Could he be blind?

he also swims in circles and then just ends up bumping into something head first. Oh ya the fish is a white faced tang

Could be blind, or a victim of cyinide.

I think it must be cyinide because if he was blind he would have died much sooner.
