Torch Coral ?

I have a torch coral that I don't think is doing well. One of his mouths is extended, like he's regurgatated his stomach. Is this a sign of any particular symptom? All in all he's looks very healthy, just the problem mentioned above. I've also tried to feed it with no luck, nothing seems to stick to the tentacles.

Here is a pic, very bubbly and healthy looking. I don't have a pic of the extended mouth.
