Flame Angel & Clams

Do Flame Angels tend to bother clams? I am interested in getting a Crocea and currently have a Flame in QT. My friend had a flame, a dersa (8") and a squamosa (6") (sorry about the spelling) an the flame didn't bother either. Is it a crap shoot or do they tend to only bother specific species?

I have not had a problem but as mentioned above it varies with the individual fish. I think that if you keep the angel fed well there is less a chance that they will pick at clams or anything else.

By well fed, do you mean a good size feeding a day or more?
