Donate your balls!

Bioballs that is . . .

I have eight weeks left until my first kid is born and I NEED to finish the central filter for my system before that happens. To do that, I need bioballs . . . lots and lots of bioballs.

If anyone has extras sitting around they are willing to donate, trade or sell for cheap, I would appreciate it.

Of course, all donations will be amply remembered after my 280gal live-fed propagation system goes online and I have zoanthids, ricordea and mushrooms growing out the yin-yang.

ok, but I'll have to get them back from my wife first. I think she keeps them in a jar on a shelf next to her makeup.

Corriander Why are you using Bio balls? You will have nitrate problems with them. Is this for a fish only tank? I thought you were doing a reef tank.

I am aware of the nitrate buildup issues associated with bioballs in an aerobic environment. I used to do research on extreme cyrophiles and themophiles in anaerobic conditions and developed plans for a nitrate reactor I never published. I am going to be building a new version so I can finish up my testing.
