thanks guys.... i like it too (which is convenient...
Ben, thats a really dodgy tomato clown (very brown). the pair of them spawn on the rock underneath the bubble tip you can see in the background on the left. they are ok fish but not such a fan of the colour (soon to replace with pink skunks...)
i have had that anemone for about 4 months or so, and it is in a 2 year old tank. the tank is 1.2m by 60cm wide by 75cm tall, and is lit by 4 blue actinics and a pair of 150W 14000k halides. the flow comes from 2 tunze 6060's and a 6000L/h powerhead, and the anemone sits at the foot of one of 2 bommies in the tank. flow is pretty gentle in this spot usually.
tank is neither heavily skimmed nor over filtered... just some filter wool and a red sea berlin skimmer.
this anemone eats alot- the clowns feed it krill, and i give it sardines and whiting every so often (i only feed the anemonies every 2 or 3 weeks). both anemonies have grown ridiculously since introduction.
thanks again

yeah the anemone changes its shape according to its mood... overnight and in the morning it clings to its rock using the entire underside of the oral disk, but later in the day it iinflates and rises up on its foot... it is very pretty. about to get a second crispa (purple) too.

i dont mind the clowns, but they dont really do much for the colour scheme in the tank... skunks would look better (plus i have been there and done that now with the tomato clowns, time for a change). the pain is trying to catch the damn things...
