If I am understanding what you are trying to ask, we have had a long standing policy of not allowing links to other sites for selling..i.e. Ebay, Craigslist, etc. We stopped this practice years ago when businesses set up Ebay shops and since we didn't allow them to sell here, they'd show up and post a link instead to circumvent the rules.

Also included in that rule is selling something on another forum and posting a link here. It's called cross-linking and it's just not good form and we don't allow it.

If you want to sell something that you own, on Reef Central, go ahead. Just abide by the basic that everyone else does...50 posts minimum, 90 days of membership, no Ebay links, no auction pricing, can't sell for "friends", can't be a commercial entity.
