timers

Where is a good place to get timers? Not the standard plug in type, but hard wire type. I want to build a custom panel for display. I want something more reliable than the plug in type.

Being an electrician, I would recommend contacting a local lighting or electrical supply store. These timers can be found there, you can also try online at Grainger Industrial Supply, they literally have everything from motor starters to timers. There website is www.grainger.com

1450 Watt Timer (12 amps)? That may be hard to find.
Like others have said check out local electrical supply houses.

you could try an outdoor lighting timer or a pool pump timer a water heater timer...etc. I think HD has the water heater one for about $70.
