Can one use Bryposis as Macro Algae in sump?

I have these Bryopsis in my tank:

Can I move it to my sump as nutrient export mechanism same like we do with Caulerpa and Cheato?

Bryopsis is a big pain to export (remove and pull out) than caulerpa or chaeto. Caulerpa will pull out in big vines, and chaeto can just be ripped in half.

Bryopsis would be a major pain to pull off.

If you pull it off in your main tank, it will spread like crazy. You do not want this in anywhere near your tank.
