Coralline Algae Question

Does anyone know how to remove coralline algae from a nano tank???

I scrape it with a razor blade. Some people use old credit cards.

If you go with the blade hold it at an angle and do it slowly to avoid scratches.

If the tank doesn't have water in it you can soak it in vinegar and I've heard it comes off easy then.

Credit cards for plastic tanks

And white vinegar for any tank not in use

As long as your nano is empty then the vinegar is fine. Either straight or diluted. Acrylic = credit cards, straight edged razor = glass.
