Thoughts? Bush suggested we do the same. Scars the crap out of me. We have no idea what that would do, and I'm in the phytoplankton business

I just read an article that said most of the CO2 sequestered in the phyto is released eventually and isn't a total sink like they first thought. Not only that, but I'm with Gresham, it's really risky. The dead zones off of Florida are thought to be caused by decomposing phyto fueled by agriculture runoff. Not good.
