Anyone have a link where i can order this from?? Are these available in local hardware stores? I tried doing a search but i just get product info links with no ordering info.

Most likely you have a bank account linked to your paypal account. He just cant accept an actual credit card payment through paypal. He can only do funds transfer.
I have extra, if you want I will order more from him and am willing to send you a piece for the same $5 cost.
