O.T: Need help reseting xps

Anyone know how to restore a dell xps M1210 back to factory setting?? been tring to search but no luck.

not sure. its my uncles and i think he missplaced all his stuff for it. I thought i could just do the same thing as i did with my desktop to restore it to factory by doing the F11 on startup or something like that.

There should of been 2 CD's. One with the OS and the other has the drivers. You won't get it exactly like when you first turned it on when you got it. If you don't have the CD's then you can use another OS CD. Once done you have to download the drivers from Dell's site to a memory stick or burn to CD. HTH.

Call dell up have them send you out some new CDs. It should not cost that much.
