baffle size for 40g breeder

Anyone know what size I need to get some glass cut to make baffles for a 40g aga tank? Any suggestions on lay out for the sump would be appreciated too. What I had in mind was the skimmer section on the left side, then baffles....refugium in the center then a divider to the return section. Or should I have the drain split to one on the skimmer section and one to the right side directly to refugium and have the return in the center?
