It depends on the species, you need to exceed its requirements for growth.

It really depends.. Kenya trees are really easy to get to drop babies, while toadstools, sinularias, etc. are less likely to drop babies. Depends alot on the coral too. Kenyas main method of reproduction is fission, while toadstools only tend to drop babies when they reach "critical mass" (aka, as large as they will grow)..
