Ace, there is nothing wrong with making people believe you have more power than you really do. See how well it works for me?

Hey, no I didn't:

definition of omnipotent Omnipotent

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Able in every respect and for every work; unlimited in ability; all-powerful; almighty; as, the Being that can create worlds must be omnipotent.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Having unlimited power of a particular kind; as, omnipotent love.

I forget nothing.
I just tire with the endless whispers and accusations, and didnt figure for it to have traveled to yet another BB site that Ace and I belong to.

Wow I guess everyone thought that this was just as interesting as I did... My hubby won't allow me to have a hand gun... He tells everyone that I'd shoot the paper boy!!! I get very paranoid when I hear a strange noise in my home, soooo I guess I can kinda see his point ... The main thing here is that hopefully the mom and child in this story is doing okay...

So what'd you do? I always look at it like this, if they are talking about me they are leaving others alone.

On topic for a moment - I don't feel the parent should be charged, after thinking about it. If she didn't learn anything from this, I'd say jail time (on the taxpayer's bill) isn't going to change that in any way. I'm fan of the right to own firearms but respect those that don't wish to. 2x in my life I've been very glad I had mine with me (once at home, and once while I was out...and no, I've never pulled the trigger other than on innocent pieces of paper or not-so-innocent furry creatures in the woods). I do think it's a shame that some, like myself, feel the need to own a firearm for their protection...however I'm a realist, I watch the news, and I don't live in the times my folks grew up in. I live in a very safe area...but bad things still happen to good people (and regardless of what Brian says, I'm still sorta a good person! ). Btw, AJP, nice choice on the Glock...what model?

Q!!!
