My 75 gallon tank, pics.

I just took some pics of my tank before I get a few more corals tomorrow. I'm so proud of my efforts to make this tank as beautiful as I think it is. It's so funny how my thinking of what I like in my tank has changed. At first I was so adamant about a FOWLR tank, then it was mushrooms, then some inverts, then softies, then LPS then clams! I just love this hobby as well as my family, and I just wanted to show it to you. I'll be hitting my one year mark on Sept. 20th, I think I'll celebrate!

I'm thinking other than the sunpolyps, that I should get something branchy, maybe a gorgonian? Any ideas?

Amanda

Nice tank. Looks like you thinned it out since the last pics.
Gorgonians are difficult. What's in the convalescent box?

Yes, it's a deep cave with a small outlet in the back. My rainsford has a tunnel in there somewhere and my swallowtail sleeps there every night.

Awsome Amanda I would stay away from Gorgonians they seem to demand alot of direct feedings which will add more nutrients to your tank

Really Diehl? Hmmm, I'll have to reconsider them then. I'll keep looking for other ideas though.

I made the cave by just stacking live rock. I didn't even do it on purpose, it just happened that way!

Well, I have low light clams on th esand, and higher light clams on top. I have a T.Gigas and Squamosa on the sand, and a 1 1/2 inch Maxima and a 4 " Maxima close to the top. They are all doing great!

It's here, it's here!!!!!! I got my new red sun polyps today!

These are from Dr. Macs...

Dr. Mac says he is not aware of these corals being dyed, and I believe him! They are stunning.
