I will have 5 planets in my solar system by Saturday. Then I'll take over the other ones as Culture increases. =)

Thanks for the suggestions. (I've actually just discoverd the importance of culture... I have ships sitting at three planets waiting for culture before they can colonize.)

Heh, that happened to me to.

As more Galactic Cybernets are built the faster you'll reach the next level of Culture.

So somebody won the round today. Does it mean that there is no purpose to keep playing until the next round starts on Friday?

The game keeps running, but the scores and info stats stop updating. Basically, this is a time to play around and test things and (if you are new to the game) to learn.

I see, so, like a rest period per say? Only change will be fixes to the new beta?

Yep, that's right. The official game looks to start in exactly 7 days. You can log on anytime after the start, though. And Beta 10 looks to be pretty much the final version.

It was a nice finish I would have prefered AF to win though. At least we managed to bring down HNU rankers :P
