Unhappy Ok...4 weeks hypo and ich breakout in hypo tank

I'm seriously having doubts about hypo.
Only fish effected seem to be the clowns.
Male has ich on his back and the female is showing just a few specks.I don't get it,is this suppose to happen?

what are you measuring your salinity with. I would take a water sample to a local store and have them measure it to ensure it was no higher then 1.009. Hypo will not effect ich that is attached to fish, it only kills the free swimmers. even if you are measuring your salinity with a refractometer, they are known to be off as much as .003 if calibrated with water.
