Not sure, but if it is your fish, I would soak his food in garlic xtreme and selcon. Feed a lot of seaweed and lots of food.

I had posted in your other thread that it is possibly a juvi blue spot unicorn. They appear very light and gradually get a darker olive/light blue color. With this clearer picture, I can't definately say that is the Blue spot. You said it was already 6"? IF that was the blue spot, at that size, it would be very thick as they are eating machines. I can't even agree that it is a naso species. It looks more like Acanthuridae (spelling?) species. However I do concur with the other posts that it does appear slightly underfed. Good Luck with it.

We have 2 of those at work- first time I have ever seen these guys. It is a type of Naso, but I have not been able to get a positive ID to the species level yet. My best guess is Naso brevirostris.

Ours are not shy in the least- really cool little fish. Id love to grab one if I wasnt afraid my Kole would harass it too badly.
