The zoos I got from moggyhill are all open now and doing great. The zoos I sent to her however are not... the frag didnt make it. So, I'm resending another thermos today.

I was the first one standing in line at the post office this morning......

Me: I have these to send out.
her: *weighs first one* You know this would only be $3 per box if you didn't use a flat rate.
Me: Ok.
her: *blank stare*
Me: I don't have time to repack them and make it back to work.
her *blank stare*
*2 minutes pass*
Me: Just ship them! *flashes $40 at her*
her: Ok.

Guh.... I hope the mailman dropping mine off decides not to sink them into the lake that is my driveway with all the snow and not have my gf sign for them..... And they wonder why people make fun of people who work for USPS......

Nah, I sent mine out of Mosinee otherwise my boss would have kicked my butt for being late for work. I only had to drive about 2 miles to get there so it only took 20 minutes total. Also consider how today was my annual review/raise......

Yeah, the weight of mine was about that too. I thought about asking for next day but the lady behind the counter was a bit less than helpful......

I hope my frags make it ok, all I got left is a frag of the colony.... It looked so much bigger before I cut up the Acro skelleton that they grew over......

1st trade: i had our courrier do a hand-trade w/ one of my swaps, they were only 3 hours away and my work was driving w/in 5 blocks of their house by coincedance! trade went well!

2nd trade arrived and most polyps are open already, w00t! they should be getting theirs... hrm.. .5 minutes from now! ha ha! we mutually agreed to fedex overnight as it was going clear across the nation. california to rhode island. not sure if you could go any further, ha ha!

3rd trade: (picked up a straggler, heh!) we're mutually waiting to ship them out next week as since it was delayed the frag would have only had 1 day to heal.

Mine are both in the mail somewhere I suppose... I cant wait to get mine!

But unfortunately our street adress is 13118 ... street, and in the same neighborhood there is a 13318 ... court.. so the other people get about 1/3 of our mail.. haha! I will driving past their house every half hour or so... that could get creepy!

darcitananda,

I'm not sure why you had to spend that much time in there. They must have liked you and wanted to spend more time with you.

I sent mines yesterday at the SF Civic Center(where I work and that's civic center, not the post office) Post office. I don't even get in line. I just head over the self serve machine and punch in what I am sending, it asks if I am sending liquid, poisons, b0mbs or other things of that matter, I select no(there isn't that much water in there to worry about). I finish up, slap on the stamp sticker thing, drop it in the bin and I'm finished.

LOL,

I hope the elevated blood pressure is not permanent. Automated machine is much easier once you've used it once or twice.

No, you are set up with two trading partners, and you send something to each of them, and each one of them sends something to you.
