The one available now is maybe a three inch juvi for $139.00. Large adults go for much more. He had a nice 6 inch scribbled in a few mos ago for $189.00. Comparatively, it's really not bad. Beautiful fish.

i received a few of these from Australia. 2 very very small juveniles (1-2") few mediums (4-5") and 3 jumbo males (8") the males were hands down the nicest angels i have ever seen. The metalic blue was glowing even when it was dark... and they were extremely friendly. I had one eat right out of the bag from my hands, and he would spit water at me if i didn't feed him enough. lol I would definitely recommend one as long as it is healthy, and if the tank is big enough with no corals (they WILL eat any and all corals.) My friend put one in an SPS dominated and it went picking the second it was dropped in.

I saw an adult scribbled angel here in Houston for $229
Quote:
I bought a yellow watchman goby that was so spunky that after they bagged him at the fish store I carried him around & let him shop with me in the dry goods dept. We already had most everything he suggested, but I did let him choose some items from the fish food freezer case. he loves the front of the tank now - if he could breath out of the water, I'm pretty sure he'd be a "lap fish"

We have a very nice pair in one of our 450 gallon exhibits. The male is about 7" now and the female about 5". Very beautiful fish indeed with great personalilties.
Not really a rare angel- just not a to commonly imported into your local lfs angel. |
