well, i'll give you a bit of advice, save the $150 on a air pump, the max your gonna get out of a OR3700 is about 16 SCFH, so get a smaller air pump.
FYI,

I've got an OTP3000 (same pump, slightly smaller) pulling 40 scfh, so I'm sure you can get more than 17 out of the 3700.

ORs top out at about 21scfh on their own, so I would consider Bean's topping out at 24 to be right on the money. Unless he starts modding. From what I have heard, DONT do the outlet mod like with the RO pumps... you know, the one where you smooth out the contours from around the housing as the water flows into the outlet... this will cause the bubbles to get larger. I remember someone trying it and it didnt work for the better.

A meshmod might work wonders though...

Mine runs at 24-25 most of the time. Above that the bubbles start to get larger.

I slightly ported the OR to see if I could improve the bubble size and quantity. It did not seem to help and may have made things worse.

I promise I will get some more photos posted soon.

You need a Tivo (or a DVR, same thing)!

We have a Tivo in every room.... HD Tivo on the home theater. The Tivo only increases here ability to flip between stuff. Drives me INSANE!

Nice to see you AnnArbor!
