cooling packs for shipping?

What do you all use for shipping during the summer? The ups store has some that I am going to go check out. Do you just use regular first aid kit cooling packs, or is there some special kind you use?

Frozen gel packs is what is used commercially.

those wont make the corals too cold? (That is what I bought from the ups store, I just wanted to make sure)
