Any cheap rotating timer will do that.
Remove the stop pin. At feeding time turn it off. There is an on-off button. Move dial to about 15 mins before on. The limitation is that the adjustment is not fine. 15 min is about as close as possible, but it should work well nonetheless. |

Yup... but that is too hoaky for me... Gotta get the soldering iron out and do it the right way!
