ER CS6-1 on a Bigger Pump?

Has anyone put a bigger Sedra (or any other pump for that matter) on the CS6-1? I'm not talking about making it into a recirculating model, but rather just upping the pump. I'd like to see if I can't get a little more outta this skimmer. Recently picked up a LifeReef skimmer (albeit a higher rated skimmer), and it's making the ER look like a kid. I know there's tons of mods, and I've read the ER club thread until I can't see clearly anymore.
