Hamilton Dual 250 watt ballast with 2 XM bulbs (15k) and 2 sockets. All you would need is the reflectors

The ballast has 1 power cord and 1 cord going up to the sockets. I think the company that originally wired it were on crack...

How old is the ballast and bulbs.

Also is the ballast the "METAL HALIDE 250 WATT DUAL ASSEMBLED REPLACEMENT BALLAST" listed in the link you provided.

ballast is apprx 3 years. I bought used, so cant give you an exact date. bulbs are about 6 months old. Ballast is the Dual 250 ballast, sorry about the link.
