Ricordea placement with T5's.

I've got a package coming today with 2 ricordea florida. I'm unsure where to place them...

I have 216 watts of T5's on this tank. I'll put them on the bottom first, but should I move them up later? They are WC, and i'm afraid they'll bleach...

All of my old rics bleached...I have another tank that could possibly house them later on, it has MH's.

So where should they go permanently after they have acclimated to my lights on the bottom of the tank, probably under a rock ledge in the shade?

I have rics under T5s and they seem to do better in the bottom 1/3 of the tank on the side of a rock (not directly under the light).
