I was curious...how long does it usually take to get your membership card after a "donation" has been made ?

I'm eager to start stocking my tank, but the little extra discount at the LFS would be awesome !

Hi Shilo.

I thought I (responded) to an email you sent, looking back that was another new member (Cindy) who signed up around the same time. Our policy on mailing membership cards has been:

It will be available for pickup at the next upcoming meeting/event, if you do not pick it up at that event we will mail it to you. If you need it right away we will do our best to get it out sooner. In this case please contact our Treasurer (treasurer@nvreefers.org) and ask her to send it as soon as possible.

Thanks, Jacob. Must have missed that in the faq. I was just wondering since I never heard anything back from anyone since paying.

Sorry about the lack of response, we don't have an automated system regarding the whole paypal thing. Our treasurer periodically checks the account and if there has been a donation(s) she does her best to respond. The frequency of checking the account depends much on day to day workload (outside of NVR).

Unfortunately the BOD has always been shorthanded due to lack of volunteers to fill all of the positions, but we do our best to keep the club running and to accommodate everyone.

Yeah we got the Member card ....I think it was on Sat
